“I ordered ovulation sticks and it gave me the option to select to add 2 pregnancy tests to the order which i did as I used them before and it was really good. however despite receiving the order in a timely manner i only received the ovulation sticks but no pregnancy tests. I thought that it was just a mistake and contacted the company on the customer service email they provide, i received a response and after a bit of confusion the issue was sorted for me. I am putting it down as a simple mistake because i never had an issue previously when i ordered in the past. I would have given very good if the customer service had been a little bit more efficient”

“Excellent service! I inadvertently picked the "courier next day" delivery option instead of "free" when I placed my order on the website. I emailed customer services to get it changed and almost immediately received a reply from Mark saying that my order had been amended and that the postage charges had been refunded to my card. Needles to say the products were excellent and extremely competitively priced. Thank You.”

“I found Home Health UK when looking for a Blood Glucose monitor. With them the price was the best I found so I ordered even though I have another monitor. The price of the renewables was well below that of my old monitor so I placed a order and Hery Presto it arrived the next day as promised. It was a pleasure to deal with Home Health UK.
