“I ordered ovulation sticks and it gave me the option to select to add 2 pregnancy tests to the order which i did as I used them before and it was really good. however despite receiving the order in a timely manner i only received the ovulation sticks but no pregnancy tests. I thought that it was just a mistake and contacted the company on the customer service email they provide, i received a response and after a bit of confusion the issue was sorted for me. I am putting it down as a simple mistake because i never had an issue previously when i ordered in the past. I would have given very good if the customer service had been a little bit more efficient”

“Excellent service! I inadvertently picked the "courier next day" delivery option instead of "free" when I placed my order on the website. I emailed customer services to get it changed and almost immediately received a reply from Mark saying that my order had been amended and that the postage charges had been refunded to my card. Needles to say the products were excellent and extremely competitively priced. Thank You.”

“I found Home Health UK when looking for a Blood Glucose monitor. With them the price was the best I found so I ordered even though I have another monitor. “I recently purchased a Codefree Blood Glucose Monitoring System. The product arrived within 2 days of ordering an is of excellent quality. “I have been buying my SD Codefree Test Strips from HomeHealth for the past 4 years or so. I need to check my blood very frequently each day so it is imperative that I have extra strips handy. I have never had any reason to complain both for the product as well as the service I have always got from HomeHealth and I must say I was really impressed after placing my last order of 10 packs to receive it in less than 48 hours (I live in Malta). Well done and keep up the excellent work.”
