“Dreadful experience. Ordered a blood test for next day delivery and paid a large carrier change to ensure this. Get a message the following day saying nothing will be with me until the day after. Waste of time. Avoid using this service and use more reliable firms”

“THEY ARE SELLING "TESTS" THAT ARE ADVERTISED AS ABLE TO TEST FOR CERTAIN CONDITIONS, BUT THE TESTS DONT. I FELL FOR IT. BOUGHT A TEST, LOOKING FOR HELP, BUT UPON OPENING IT REALISED AFTER READING THE PAPER INSERT IT DIDNT TEST FOR MY PROBLEM AT ALL. WHAT A JOKE. UNBELEIVEABLE PRETYING ON PEOPLE LIKE THAT”

“Dreadful company not received my item ordered on 23/11 apparently posted on 27/11 I’ve emailed five times had only one reply saying it was posted 27th and will be with me soon sorry but 15 days and counting is ridiculous. Ignoring my emails is dreadful customer service I want either a refund or a replacement asap. I’ve rang but can never get through to you. I wouldn’t recommend you at all to anyone I should have stayed with my original pharmacy online!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! Purchased cholesterol test strips that when I came to use them were out of date. They claim it was advertised as short date but who would even look for that. Totally unsatisfactory answers from the complaints dept. Never going to use these again.”

“Paid 1st class but reading as 1st & 2nd class tracking No: is not for tracking item. Still expected next day delivery but as it is now 4pm & post come this morning not sure I'm getting it today although dispatched yesterday I'm now stressed waiting for delivery & unable to track my goods.”

Hi, We are sorry that you experience buying from us was not to your liking. Just to get the facts correct, Your order was received on the 5th of March 2023, shipped out on the 6th and the service paid for was Standard 2nd class Ryal Mail delivery, and proof of delivery was posted to the Royal Mail tracking page on the 8th of March. Your item was delivered on 08-03-2023. Tracking number: 0B0032250000C******** Service used: Royal Mail Parcels Please note that the tracking also has GPA location of where they delivered your item.

“Beware of this company. They trick you! I ordered 20mg benzocaine oragel x 3 tubes for £10.99 and they sent me 3x 10mg the weaker one not the strong one. When I queried it they said I'd ordered the 10s. I checked the site again and they have both on there at the same deal price. Why would they have 3 10mg for same price as 3 20mg. They are confusing people and sending the cheaper ones out and maybe on other products too. I made sure I ordered the correct ones and told my wife I thought it was too good a deal to be true. I was right and I was ripped off unfortunately. I've written to trading standards as I can no longer log in to check the order. All very fishy and such a shame. In necessary too”

“-10000 + I have tried contacting customer services and my email was sent back as not existing. I am enquiring about my order placed on January 5th 2023 for 100 paracetamol tablets. I have paid and am still waiting for order. How does one speak or even email vontact a human with this website ?”
