“Could have done with a second lancet. Didn’t succeed the first time round to extract enough blood. It all went into the bin. Still don’t know my blood group!”

“Quick service. Very efficient. The only thing I wasn't happy was the shelf life date of the cream was December 2023 (this year) I wouldn't have bought two tubes if I had known it was going to run out so quickly.”

“It will be better if in the description of products there is also the expiration date. Tests and similar products are send without mention of the expiration date which could be too near. Since UK went out from the EU market, at delivery out of the UK you have to pay a not predictable amount (that is really expensive compared with tests' cost).”

We are very sorry that you had to pay additional money for the goods. This should not have been the case as we cover all the TAX liabilities for goods the the value of €150.00. I am afraid that there are a lot of postal workers in Europe that do not understand the new importation TAX rules that came into effect, on the 1st of July 2021. Anything you order from outside the EU the company selling the goods will add the tax to your order and then remit this via an IOSS VAT Officer to the correct countries VAT office. Once again we apologise for your experience when ordering from the UK.

Hi, I am very sorry the goods took longer than expected but please note you did not select next day; you chose 1st class post which, as explained on our website, is not a guaranteed next day service even in normal times. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, a lot of mail is suffering delays, which is why in our shipping information, we advise any customers that need their items quickly, that they should select the Tracked or courier postage options. “I was disappointed with the test in that the lances were not sufficient to draw blood so I used a sewing needle. The vial would not draw enough blood so I ended up squeezing the blood into the test liquid. I do not know if this affected the result.”

“They r very good normally .but this time I ordered cholesterol strips 20pcs and they sent me nearly expired products. only expiry left 1 month 08.2019.ordered 06.2019. Need to go through all the hassle to return and buy again.”

“Got my order on time but after logging in to my account a couple of weeks later my password was not recognised. Tried to reset a couple of times but still waiting for an email to reset my password!! Not great”

“Good in most ways, especially price, but the bubble-padded envelope used to ship the blister packs (of Loperamide capsules) was too soft for the job, resulting in about 15% of the blister foils being torn and some of the capsules being 'dented'. However, all the capsules are still intact, so no serious harm has been done on this occasion.”

“The company fulfilled their order as promised and the price of the colesterol testing kit was reasonable. The kit itself was did not work as expected and I was therefore dissappointed. I might use the company again but not for this particual item”

HI, The product you received on your last order was different because you ordered a different type of product. On your last order you ordered Strip Test kits and on your previous order you ordered Panel Test Kits. The accuracy of the test is not any different it is just the style of test.

“Order didn’t arrive until late yesterday when had payed for next day delivery on Thursday . People on the phone lovely but couldn’t tell me anything or really do much . I had bought it especially for a guest coming to stay over the weekend unfortunately it wasn’t here on time. Also needing a refund for the next day delivery charge”

This is not an next day delivery service. 1st class is a 1-2 day service and there is no guarantee.
