“I really do like the products that are available. But at check out I had paid extra for tracking my shipment, however, living outside the uk the shipments can not be tracked. The only tracking number I received was for the royal mail which does not help in tracking after it has left the uk. I didn't find the customer service helpful at all in rectifying the matter.”

“This is my third time I ordered glucose sticks from HomeHealth. Each time delivery was extremely fast even though outside the UK, albeit in the EU. The price of the sticks is very favourable and of very good quality. I will not hesitate to re-order when the time comes.”

“I decided to buy Conceive Plus directly from HomeHealth as it came with free P&P (unlike through Amazon). The website & general order & payment process was simple. The only drawback was that it didn't state if the product had to be signed for or not as that would affect where I had it delivered to. So unfortunately after a delivery attempt, it was taken back to my post office where I had to wait another day to collect it myself which delayed the whole process.”

Hi, Sorry that you had to collect your order from your local sorting office. It does state on the checkout page the postal service that we will be shipping your goods by. 2nd class is a standard FREE service. If you required a signature then you can upgrade your service to this level. Unfotunately due to the size of the box this didn't fit through a letter box hence the reason why you had to collect it from your local sorting office. We apologoise for any inconvenience caused.

“Like many T2 diabetics I have to buy my own blood glucose meter and testing strips. The SD code free is one of the most affordable for test strips. Homehealth UK have excellent prices, customer service and delivery is very prompt, even during busy times such as Christmas. The website has useful information in how to test etc.”

“Recently purchased the SD Codefree Blood Glucose monitor, http://homehealth-uk.com/all-products/codefree-blood-glucose-monitoring-system-mmoll-or-mgdl/ easy to navigate website, easy to make payment and very prompt delivery. The monitor does just what it is supposed to, no frilly bells and whistles. I am diabetic (type 2) and unable to obtain a monitor via my GP's surgery. We do not have much money as we live on a very low income. This is just the thing I needed, just the right price for the meter and the test strips. Most competitors seem to be way more expensive and beyond our financial reach. I know you sceptics out there will be saying that the HbA1c test should be sufficient but to some of us the peace of mind knowing what your blood sugars are doing on a daily basis is essential for physical and mental health. I had a good shop around for a meter and bought this based on price and recommendation, I too would recommend this product. This is my first experience dealing with Home Health UK but it is a positive one and will be happy to return and make further purchases based on this experience. Kind regards, Keep you sugars low”

“The service was great...I received my order on time.... I bought highly sensitive pregnancy test....but it all came up negative ...When My period didn't come, I had to use known brands which confirmed that I am pregnant........Product quality is poor and it shouldn't be in the market..”
