“I paid extra for first-class delivery, rather than the free standard second class option. Four days later the order hadn't arrived. I contacted this company asking for a refund of the extra postage I had paid and received a surly response ignoring my refund request saying delivery within 1-2 days wasn't 'guaranteed' with first class delivery (something not stated on their website anywhere). So they begrudge refunding 77p - classy.”

We are sorry that you experienced issues with delivery. 1st Class postage is a service offered by Royal Mail and the expected delivery times, again are published by Royal Mail. I am sorry that there was a delay but once the item has left our warehouse we are unable to track it as it goes through the postal system.

“I really cannot give you a proper review since I have been waiting for my items for aboit 2 weeks and when it arrived today, the box was covered with purple colour, ie. the tests must have been damaged. I had to return it 😔😩”

“Product was ordered for 2nd class delivery it took 7 days but it was very near Christmas so to be expected really,the actual product was drug testing strips which I’m very pleased with ,a good site on the whole”

“I ordered two items separately within a few moments of each other but the team were happy to help me save on postage by combining them. Although I paid for next day delivery and it did not arrive next day but the day after.. they did respond quickly and sort it out so I am not too bothered as it was still quick. Thank you”
