“I have not received my package at all. I went to the royalmail post office but they said a sports direct package has been received. From a pregnancy test kit to sports direct. I did not bother to know why my package was not correct or why it wasn’t delivered to my home when I signed up for a timed delivery. But it was a bad experience overall.”

“Hi, I received my Preseed order, but there's only a few months' shelf life left on the product, so it would be well out of date before the tube is finished. I contacted customer service, but have been told it can't be replaced as you have no fresh product in stock. How do I get a refund? Many thanks.”
