“Now 14 days with out delivery. Contacted via email twice still no joy, blame on Royal Mail And Coronavirus. Asked for refund - not forthcoming Will not deal with this company again”

We are very sorry that you order hasn't arrived. Due to the current pandemic and the fact that businesses have to work within the social distancing rules. This means that many businesses have a heavily reduced workforce, Royal Mail are affected by this and therefore in some areas of the country there are long delays in mail being delivered. In these times we need to allow additional time for delivery as we are finding in most cases the mail will arrive. I will say that your item is fully insured and if your goods are deemed to be lost then we will be refunded in full.

“My purchase online was quick & straightforward. Delivery took 3 days. The parcel was plain wrap with no hint of contents. Once opened the test kit was very easy to use after reading the instructions (as in a 5 year old could navigate them) Within minutes I had my result.”

“My first kit arrived in good time but unfortunately it contained no pipette to collect the blood sample. “Absent mindedly running out of one of my regular medications and not wishing to re-order, wait three days then attend a pharmacy to collect, I looked on the net and discovered Home Health UK's site. The medication was a third of the cost I usually pay, was delivered in 72 hours by first class post, great service. I will use for my next meds repeat.”
