“My order arrived promptly, and as described. I was favourably impressed by the fact that the goods were the same list price as on a competitor's web site, but there was no charge for postage (in place of almost £4 on a competitor's web site). I saw that the caplets supplied are identical to those I had been purchasing locally before the pandemic struck, at a *much* lower cost - a clear illustration of the effect of market forces!”

Hi, I have checked and according to Royal Mail the order was delivered yesterday - can you please confirm receipt? I am very sorry it took so long but please understand that Royal Mail staff are putting themselves at risk going to work every day to try and deliver people's mail. They have significant staff shortages and an increase in workload so unfortunately significant delays are inevitable. Kind regards, Alex Reynolds
