The cream was much cheaper than trying to source locally. The postage for such little return was "Free" I received it by return,. The cream is having a positive effect, it is not so readily available at most supermarkets, and takes the "Stress away having to hunt all over town for a cream that is not commonly available, .It is NOT a Prescription item..
