I ordered ovulation sticks and it gave me the option to select to add 2 pregnancy tests to the order which i did as I used them before and it was really good. however despite receiving the order in a timely manner i only received the ovulation sticks but no pregnancy tests. I thought that it was just a mistake and contacted the company on the customer service email they provide, i received a response and after a bit of confusion the issue was sorted for me. I am putting it down as a simple mistake because i never had an issue previously when i ordered in the past. I would have given very good if the customer service had been a little bit more efficient
