“Didn’t receive product, paid extra for next day delivery. In email they said a note was left. No note was left. Terrible experience won’t use again.”

Good Morning, Sorry this was not received i see you paid for courier delivery, this was attempted delivery next day but unfortunately you was not home to receive the goods so you would need to contact us or the courier to rearrange delivery. Kind regards.

“I haven't received my order that I paid extra for next day delivery! The order is urgent and over a week later I am still waiting! Tracking says it was delivered when it was not! Spoke to customer services but am yet to find out when you will be resenting my order and giving me back some sort of refund please”

Good Morning, I am very sorry to hear this, Royal Mail 1st class delivery usually arrives within 1-2 working days but sometimes small delays can occur. As this is not a guaranteed service once Royal Mail have the package we cannot track its whereabouts. Kind regards.

“I ordered a box of 2 pregnancy tests. I done the tests exactly how the instructions said and neither tests came up with any lines, not even control line. I emailed home health uk to see whether it could have been a faulty batch and whether i could get either a refund or replacement. Its now been 4 days and i have heard nothing! Do not recommend at all. Terrible customer service and communication is awful. Will not be using again”

“We bought over GBP 300 worth of goods to be shipped to Japan. Due to a typo in the address, the goods were sent back from Japan on 19 May. Despite our repeated requests, we have not heard back if goods are received in UK. It has been over two months and we are still waiting your confirmation as to when we can have the good resent to us. Our correct address is 4-17-4, Hamadayama, Suginami, Tokyo.”

“The parcel never turned up and even after emailing was told the courier said that he had turned up and left a card. No card was left and then I cancelled the order and got no refund for the postage. Used another company”

“I could not make sense of the instructions how to use the package as they said the test strips had to be used immediately once the foil package was opened so what was the point of five strips that were all the same. I used two strips and obviously the results on each were the same. I was pleased that the results were 'normal' except the the blood result but could not make much sense of the explanation given for the blood result.”

“vraiment nul!!! ça fait deux semaine que j'attend mon colis et je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu alors que d’habitude en commandant le meme produit sur Ebay je l'ai e maximum 4 jours directement a mon domicile avec 0 frais de transport alors que la il y a des frais de port en plus c'est livré dans un point relais obligé de me déplacer tous les jours pour rien c'est pour cela que des demain je demande le remboursement a PAYPAL”

Dear Joe, I am very sorry there were items missing from the pack - the test is fully sealed when we receive it directly from the manufacturer so unfortunately we could not tell that there was anything missing without breaking the seals.
